Blind Melon - Change Picture Disc (UK Import) - EARLY NUMBER!

Great condition picture disc (however - the sleeve shows signs of wear - see pics).  The insert folds out to (2) posters (one per side - see pics).  Each of these were numbered.  This one is one of the earliest numbers I've seen (#16).  Great item for the collector!
