Please, allow me to introduce myself quoting another old rock cliché: maybe I am too young on ebay but too old into this triptych of buy, sell and trade records as I’ve not only been a dedicated follower of collecting but a co-owner of second hand record shops, an A&R executive at record companies, a chief editor in music magazines, a radio dj etc for the last 30 years in Greece! So, a hell of a lot of rare and collectable items such as out-of-print original records, first pressings, special editions, promo samples, white labels, test pressings, magazines, posters, catalogues, memorabilia and other fetish objects of desire in 5, 7, 10 and 12 inches not only from Greece but from all over the world are going to be exhibited through these pages … Turn on and stay tuned!
So, up for auction is a STILL FACTORY SEALED copy of Blind Melon’s “Soup” album that was printed, pressed, housed in a gatefold sleeve with a transparent sticker with the artist’s name, album’s title and Cat. No. on the top right hand corner and a 'Menu' insert and released in the U.S.A. by Capitol Records in 1995 with Catalogue No C1 7243 8 28732 1 1! [note : The really immaculate STILL FACTORY SEALED gatefold cover with tight shrink, fully readable spine, four pointed corners, perfect seams, NO ring wear at all and the transparent sticker with the artist’s name, album’s title and Cat. No. on the top right hand corner still intact is graded as Near Mint (NM) because there is the very slightest of crease at the upper right corner and a 0.5 cm PROMO notch cut out on the bottom of the spine! See photos, please - I understand that this is an expensive LP, so I'm being VERY critical with the grading and for sure, it would be very hard to find a copy as pristine as this!!!] Deleted upon release and unavailable for 20 years now this must - have item for every devoted fan of the gutsy rockers that Blind Melon were, does not get offered up so often - and, mostly, as pristine as this!!! So, do not miss …
Grading: I use the GOLDMINE standards for grading STRICTLY & CONSERVATIVELY the condition of the items listed. The grading is mostly visual, though I dο 'spot check' each of the songs.

- 14.00 U.S Dollars for the first 12-inch record and 3.00 U.S Dollars each one thereafter.
- 12.00 U.S Dollars for the first 10-inch or 7-inch or 5-inch record or Compact Disc or Cassette and 2.50 U.S. Dollars each one thereafter.
- 10.00 U.S. Dollars for the first magazine or poster and 2.00 U.S. Dollars each one thereafter.
(b) to USA,CANADA and the rest of the world
I personally write all of my own descriptions, take all of my own photos, and package all items for mailing myself. Strict packing policies applied. Shipment of items by HELLENIC POST, i.e. the POST OFFICE of GREECE, and REGISTERED AIR MAIL ONLY within 2 business days of cleared payment.
