Blind Willie Johnson 78 rpm record Jesus is Coming Soon / I'm Going to Run to the City of Refuge
Shellac has some wear and marks but still has some gloss. Plays well above any noise or static, which is relatively modest. Have a listen to the video. 
I'm not really a 78 grader. If I look at the VJM, I'd say it's in the V+ range.
