Description

This is on the Columbia label. Johnson sings "God Moves On The Water" and "Take Your Burden To The Lord And Leave It There". I realize I could have listed this under Gospel, but all the retail stores have him under Blues, so there it is. Anybody reading this knows that "God Moves On The Water" is one of his masterpieces. Simply put, this is another essential 78 for the prewar collector. The record has retained some of its shine, but there are the usual scratches and scuffs. Both sides play all the way through. The labels are in decent shape, but not immaculate.
