Description
Fellow audiophiles up for your consideration is an original factory sealed pressing of the debut album from the iconic British Blues Rock Band Blodwyn Pig "Ahead Rings Out". After leaving Tull for what were sited as artistic differences with Ian Anderson, Abraham's immediately formed the new band to pursue the musical direction he had desired along with band members Andy Pyle, Jack Lancaster and Ron Berg. The result was groundbreaking Jazz influenced Blues Rock and soon after bands like The Yardbirds, Free and Led Zepplin all followed suit. This album is a must own for any serious British Blues Rock collector. This pressing is the US copy released on the A&M Record label in 1969 catalog number SP-3180. I don't know of any other sealed copies of this long out of print rarity at any price. The record is part of my personal collection and has always been kept in a mostly dust free, smoke free and climate controlled environment (not a warehouse). I am selling off some of my duplicate titles in order to help fund my habit.
