Description
Dylan’s classic 1966 double LP here reissued as a triple disc box set, at 45 rpm.
The item for sale is in the first photo and is NEW, MINT, NUMBERED and SEALED.
The other photos are of my playing copy, by way of illustration of the contents.
These pressings offer incredible detail into the “thin, wild mercury sound” and are sublime, whisper-quiet examples. Has to be heard to be believed. There are no ticks or clicks to be heard anywhere. My playing copy has been listened to on both a Sondek and Rega Eco turntables.
This is not Mofi’s first release of this set (2013) but a 2021 reissue of the same. The only difference is that the number is stamped on a white rear whereas the first issue had a black rear and handwritten numbers (and the actual labels have a newer design).
Each of the three discs is housed in a MOFI master sleeve which is then further protected in a plain blank folder. All three records sit on a sponge base and there is in addition an LP-sized booklet.
