Contrasts Blonde On Blonde Promo LP
This debut album by this U.K band Blonde On Blonde was issued in 1969 and is an undiscovered gem of late 60's progressive pop/psych. Featuring freaky jams, multi-layered harmonies, sitars and ripping guitars it's an eclctic and entertaining collection. Of particular note is the rock version of The Incredible String Band's "No Sleep Blues" and an epic version of The Beatles' "Eleanor Rigby". This Blonde On Blonde "Contrasts" LP is a 1969 US Promotional Copy issue on Janus Records (JLS 3003) Stereo. The Gatefold jacket is in VG++ condition with slight creases on inside cover. Vinyl is in MINT condition. Vinyl has a GLOSSY LUSTER appearing UNPLAYED! Song Titles are: "Ride With Captain Max, Spinning Wheel, No Sleep Blues, Goodbye, I Need My Friend, Mother Earth, Eleanor Rigby (Beatles Song), Conversationally Making The Grade, Regency, Island On An Island, Don't Be So Long, Jeanette Isabella".
