Description
This is a rare and out of print 2xLP reissue of Blonde Redhead's first two albums ("Blonde Redhead" (1995) and "La Mia Vita Violenta" (1995)) in one package! These albums were not issued on vinyl when they were originally released -- this is the only way to get these two great albums on vinyl. This 2xLP was originally released in 1999 on Sonic Youth's Steve Shelley's Smells Like Records (SLR 32-12).
I've had this since it originally was released, and it does have a few scuffs on the front cover (for "Blonde Redhead") on the upper right, but the vinyl and everything else is in perfect condition. I've barely played this, so it's the next best thing to a sealed copy!
Smells Like Records no longer exists, so who knows if this great piece of 90s indie rock history prior to Blonde Redhead's major success on Touch & Go and 4AD will ever be re-pressed!
