Very rare Live LP with amazing shot of Debbie Harry. Includes demos and the live broadcast show from Dallas early 1979

“A hard-to-find bootleg LP that surfaced in 1979, Little Doll contains a combination of live and studio recordings. The live material is quite a pleasure -- Blondie is heard in Dallas in 1979 on familiar songs like "Sunday Girl," "11:59" and "In the Flesh," as well as a rowdy cover of Iggy Pop's "Funtime." Unfortunately, the little-known Barbie Records doesn't give an exact recording date or a venue for the Dallas performances. After "Funtime," Little Doll changes gears and turns its attention to four rare demos from 1975. "Thin Line," "Platinum Blonde," "Out in the Streets" and "Puerto Rico" are pop/rock demos that were recorded before Blondie had any albums out -- back then, Blondie was an obscure Manhattan club act. OK, but hardly great, none of the songs are in a class with the gems that would appear on Blondie's first album in 1976. But the demos are certainly interesting from a historic standpoint. Little Doll, which ends on a high note with a French-language recording of "Sunday Girl," was obviously assembled with collectors in mind.”
