Description
Vinyl is in excellent condition. Some very light wispy marks, mainly I'd guess with removing record from its sleeve. Its obviously been played a few times but has been looked after well.
It is still has a lovely clean shine to it.
The playback of the album is great, just the odd light crackle in a couple of places.
The cover is laminated on both sides. It is slightly faded in places, simply with age I guess. Well looked after though, it has no tears and the spine is full intact.

An amazing record – one that we'd never part with! The session is one of Blossom Dearie's greatest records ever – a sublime set of tunes recorded in London, at the end of the 60s, with larger arrangements than usual, and a feel that's almost psychedelic. Backings were arranged and conducted by Brian Gascoigne – with a host of Brit underground jazz players that include Harold McNair, Ian Carr(Nuceleus), Kenny Wheeler, and Ray Warleigh. More incredibly than that, though, is the set of tunes that Blossom wrote and chose for the record – tunes that have really dark edges, playful turns, and which go past the simplicity of some of her other work
