Description

Blossom Dearie-The Most Rootin' Tootin' Songs of 1963 Rare! R-6949 promo or PB-1110

 "Rare release on Hires Hits label PB 1111. This very limited release was issued by Hires Root Beer as Blossom was the vocalist on their commercials, it was only available through mail order in 1963. A Jazz legend and a very rare record!"

Very sweet piano/vocal led combo versions of standards. Vocal quality reminds me of a female Chet Baker. I love this record! If I were a collector, I'd keep this in a heartbeat.

Vinyl shows original luster, there are some incidental scuffs, but played very clean on my system VG+++ label has catalog number PB-1110, though jacket has number of  R-6949

Jacket is blank on the back. Top right corner got bent at one one time and bottom corners are slightly bumped. VG++ Images are vivid.
