Description
Super rare and desirable piece of 1967 first UK issue wigged out psych....in overall excellent condition, superb audio production,....with sleeve showing the barest evidence of its 50 plus year heritage, very hard to find an original UK copy in any condition let alone like this....
Matrix....607001 A1 and B1....bright sheen to both sides of vinyl....
Side 1....visually showing light evidence of play...superb hiss, click free sound through out....Excellent plus
Side 2....3 noticeable hairlines to platter which are audibly evident on certain musical passages...thankfully these are not teeth shattering loud clicks and again only evident on about 3 tracks and you have to listen for them if you know what I mean,,,,though on the polka inspired intro of "The Intrepid Balloonists" etc clicks are noticeable ....Very Good
Sleeve....tight and strong,..fully laminated with no rips or scrawl or shelf wear, a very mild laminate crease at corner bottom opening edge, some sporadic small light browning age spots to front, beautiful clean spine, no feathering to edges ....Excellent
Labels...are super clean...see pictures.
Please view feedback on hundreds of audio related items,...and take with a bucket of salt my first negative one...in 17 years !!....from a Chinese chap who wasn't happy with a vintage Philips CD player he purchased,...next time pay for ebay's GSP and not a shipping company in Birmingham,...Birmingham !!...and it might've made it to China un-scathed,..and not taken over a month to get there....
I've sold hundreds of rare LP's in the past so am not prone to over grading.....go back about 10 pages or so on feedback and see glowing vinyl related reports,..returns are accepted but will make sure item returned is that what I originally sent out before refunding.....
