Description
Vinyl was play tested through Focal Elegia's and it played as overall EX on the A-side and EX+ on the B-side, numerically a 90 and a 92. A1, A4 and B4 playing more in the 88 range with a bit more surface noise at the start and end of each track, B4 was super quiet so you can hear everything. Visually it is in line with the play, the B-side almost looks NM- anyway and there are a couple of light marks on the A-side (I look after I play and these look much worse than they are, I was surprised seeing it) and based on this with the play the vinyl is scored as EX.
The sleeve is scored as EX as well and is a solid 90. It's a glossy cover and on angles there is super faint ring wear. On the bottom seam there are a pair of tiny dimples with the longest at 6mm. There is super light corner wear, most noticeably on the top right. The OBI shows light wear and can't really be moved (I wasn't about to force it) and I can see three faint creases running in from the seam. There is another dimple on the top seam above the word stereo that runs 8mm. The insert shows only light wear. Despite the EX rating, while I'm sure there may be other copies of this album that are just as good I'm not sure there are any outright better, especially because of the super glossy cover.
