LABEL DESCRIPTION: Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORD, 767 Lexington ave. ,RVG and P stamped in the dead wax, No "R" under the E and Deep Groove
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): VG+: non laminated cover ,blank spine, light wear on seams, no split, a stamp top right and a small writing bottom right. a small ripe off on the back left side.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): M- : Likewise, the heavy flat rim has the playing surfaces in almost flawless condition, no skip, no background noise ,entirely play graded ,play amazingly ,cleaned on a VPI machine .The labels are clean.
