This is an original deep groove first pressing.
The address on the side one label is "Blue Note Records 767 Lexington Ave NYC".
The address on the side 2 label is "Blue Note Records 47 West 63rd NYC".
The address on the back cover is "Blue Note Records, 47 West 63rd. St., New York 23".
The "ear" and RVG are etched in the dead wax on both sides.
The condition of the record is VG+, there are numerous hairline marks visible under strong light. No skips or pops.
The cover is in VG condition, the spine is taped, the top seam is partially split.
