Original issue, Blue Note Records Inc, 47 West 63rd NYC address on labels, no address on back cover, deep groove, Mono.

Deadwax A-side: etched "BNLP-4015-A" with stamped "RVG" and etched ear-shaped (Plastylite) mark; B-side etched "BNLP-4015-B" with stamped "RVG" and Plastylite ear mark.

CONDITION:

Vinyl: VG++
Super clean vinyl with full gloss. Once long surface scratch that does not affect play or disturb the grooves, otherwise this would be NM. Vinyl looks like it was not played more than once. Quiet pressing. No warping.

Cover: NM
No seam splits. Seams are tight. No pen marks. Fresh, glossy look to the front cover with bright colors.

Under $250: international shipping is $19 for USPS First Class Airmail or $34 for Priority Airmail.
