The address on the labels is Blue Note Records Inc. New York USA. The "ear" and Van Gelder are stamped in the dead wax.
The condition of the record is excellent VG++, no scratches, no scuffs, extremely minor spindle wear, almost near mint. The cover is in VG+ condition, no seam or spine splits, no writing or holes. The seams exhibit signs of wear. There is a stain on the back cover. Includes custom Blue Note label inner sleeve.
