Blue Note Records BST 84185 (stereo) (made in USA)  - The Horace Silver Quintet - Song For My Father LP released in 1960. This is an original first pressing from 1960. "Van Gelder" and the "ear" are stamped in the dead wax. The address on the labels is "Blue Note Records Inc New York USA". The address on the back cover is "Blue Note Records Inc., 43 West 61st St., New York 23". 

The condition of the record is excellent VG++, no scratches; the labels are discolored. The cover is in VG+ condition, no seam or spine splits, no writing or holes. Includes custom Blue Note label paper inner sleeve.
