Super rare and super clean! First pressing of Sonny Rollins in "Newks Time"! BLP 4001 the first of the 4000 series with Sonny Rollins, Wynton Kelly, Doug Watkins, & Philly Joe Jones. Double deep grooved with NO "R" registration mark. RVG and Ear in runout. Jacket is a VERY clean VG+ to VG++ with only a slight corner bend (Very minor) to keep it from NM-. LP is stunning! Play grades at NM. Light super fine scuff on side one (only visible in a very bright light and at the right angle) keeps it from being NM. Call it NM- or VG+++. Great music!
