Complete set of the first run production of the famed Analogue Productions audiophile 45 rpm reissues of 25 great early Blue Note recordings.  These all have the same low number 335 and are therefore a matched set.  They are all pressed on 180 gram vinyl and mastered by Kevin Gray and Steve Hoffman at Acoustech.  They have only been touched by me and have been kept in my studio since being purchased. They are pristine with absolutely no flaws.  It will be nearly impossible to put together a complete set, much alone a matched numbered set.

This comes with a separately purchased box to hold the albums.  This box has not been out of the original shipping crate until I took these pictures.

It also comes with a sealed collectors book of the Blue Note Jazz Photography of Francis Wolff...mint soft cover.

These will need to be shipped in at least three boxes due to the weight.  I would guess about 80.00 for media mail...but we can ship anyway you want and will figure out the exact cost for your shipping requirements before invoicing.

How do they sound?

Well, as already mentioned, they are unquestionably the finest sounding issues of this material yet. They possess unequaled liquidity, smoothness, are full, rich and effortless. The music becomes palpable and I don’t see how they can ever be improved after this version. The sound is simply galvanizing. It is open, totally uncongested—some LPs of this era were quite the opposite, as were most later LP and CD issues. They are dynamic with tons of drive, such that you can feel the energy and musical tension of the studio.  I guarantee you’ve never heard this level of musical realism: detail and definition are second to none, and the soundstaging and imaging are jaw-droppingly holographic.

Listening to these becomes a certifiable “beam me up” moment and best of all, the sonics are so “grabbiing” they make you pay attention to the music again, they are totally compelling as only well-made LPs can be. Good luck finding a CD that can sound this good. Order these right now before they disappear forever—many titles are already sold out. Your ears will never be the same.  Mike Quinn.

Let me say something about shipping:  I am not Amazon.com.  I go to the post office once a week, usually on Wednesday.  So if you pay Tuesday night, it will go out the next day, or if you pay Wednesday afternoon it will go out in a week.  And sometimes, obviously, the day may change (I do have another life).    I have never had a package lost and do not get complaints about packing.  If you cannot be patient with shipping time...well, you know.   Of course all your purchases are guaranteed for satisfaction.  There is some estimation in grading records...I am not selling drill bits or batteries...but if I make a mistake, I make it right.  I would appreciate across the board positive feedback for my effort to sell clean, important cds and records.  (Ebay assumes I am selling drill bits!)

MINT is unplayed, sealed, or play-graded mint.

MINT MINUS is like new but probably played once or twice...most would grade this mint

NEAR MINT is near new with some slight signs of play...an extremely clean record

VERY GOOD PLUS is collectible but might have some light sleeve marks and some light noise...still plays very well with no major issues.

I WILL USE  (+) AND (-) FOR EMPHASIS ON THE BASIC GRADES...I DO NOT LIST ITEMS LESS THAN VERY GOOD PLUS UNLESS THEY ARE EXTREMELY RARE AND THEN A FULL DISCLOSURE WILL BE PROVIDED.   BID WITH CONFIDENCE.
