Blues Image - Same - Japanese Atlantic Mt 1097 Stereo - Original blue/green label 1969    superb recording.

A seriously overlooked gem. a very commendable first album. The music is (naturally) blues rock, with some Latin flavor, primarily the work of conga player Joe Lala, and some real prog moves, featuring excellent guitar work from future Iron Butterfly axeman Mike Pinera, and quality organ playing. Surprisingly absent from a release of this vintage is virtually any semblance of psychedelic influences. Very consistent though. Guitarist Mike Pinera has a good grasp of various blues styles.

Disc.    Disc is in M- condition.   . Plays M- throughout

Sleeve. Sleeve is inM- Beautiful lavish gatefold sleeve, Manufactured Nippon gramphone Co.      I do not think you will find a better copy.Top copy.
