Vinyl VG+ with a few small scratches here and there; "RVG" and "MG 14012 A/B" machine-stamped in dead wax.

Heavy cardboard sleeve with laminated front VG+, seam split bottom near center (ca. 2 cm) and top (ca. 5 cm starting at the opening)
