Description

Bo Diddley's self-named song got  'em  dancin' many times,  and The Rovin' Flames cover got a positive review in Billboard magazine when it was released. It still scores as a decent version of the song, performed by this Florida band of the '60s. This was the second of only two Tampa Bay Records released exactly 50 years ago. Today, it still plays on youtube.com. But the actual records are very hard to come by. This is a perfectly clean copy, 1st edition, never played, straight out of the box.

On the flip side is "Seven Million People," which starts with a Byrds-influenced open and flows smoothly through a song of lost love in the big city (at a time when 7,000,000 people was the population of New York City).

This is a rare opportunity for you to have this mint-condition single from 50 years ago.
