This is an original checker recording of Bo Diddley is a Gunslinger.  The vinyl is in very good condition with the only damage I see is a scuff on side one.  The jacket has the bottom seam completly split out and there is a rub neat the bottom.  The top seam has a 2 inch slit and some edgewear.

Review and Track Listing

I try to be accurate when grading records and I feel that I grade very conservatively, but I have not listened to every record I sell, therefore grading is performed by visual inspection.  While I try to be accurate mistakes do happen and not everyone grades the same.  If you feel that the record that you purchased is not the quality stated please contact me.  I will do everything in our power to make you happy with your purchase. 

Ratings Defined
First grade is for the recording second is for the jacket - Record / Jacket

• Mint
  • Record will be new and factory sealed.  I do not give mint ratings for open records.  Jacket will be sealed in plastic with no visible ring.
• Near Mint
  • Like mint only record has been opened.  Record may have been played but usually not more than once or twice.  Jacket will look like new.  I very seldom give a near mint rating unless I opened the record myself.
• Excellent 
  • Record has been played.  May contain a one or two light surface scratches or scuffs and/or a defect in the label.  No major or deep scratches.  Record should play without skipping but there may be some noise present mainly between tracks.  Little or no wear around the spindle hole.  Jacket may have light edgewear a ring may be showing, but no tears or large chips.  Colors will still be bright and shiny.
• Very Good
  • Anything else I would buy that is listed as very good is very good, so why should records be different?  A very good record should still be worth buying.  This is where most records will fall.  Record will have minor surface scratches and may have a few small scratches and scuffs.  There may be some wear on the label near the spindle hole.  There may be writing or stickers on the label.  There will probably be some noise present at lower levels.  No scratches should be deep enough to cause skipping.  Jacket will be intact but will have some edgewear and may have small splits at the seams.  There may be a noticable ring.  The jacket may contain writing or stamps.  The cover may have become dull.  Still no major defects.
• Good
  • Why would anyone rate a unplayable record as being good?  Good records should still be playable  Like very good except with slightly more damage.  Record should still play without skipping.  There will be noise present.  You may have to use a filter if recording this grade of records.   Cover may have large splits.  There may be small chips and rubbings.  The jacket may contain substantial writing or stamps. 
• Fair
  • These records may have deep scratches that will probably cause the record to skip on certain tracks.  These will be identified.  Label will show quite a bit of wear.  Jacket will show quite a bit of rubbing and edgewear.   Ringwear and fading will be present.  This type of record was probably played alot and not taken care of.
• Poor
  • These record can most likely not be played.  Records of this grade will probably never be offered for sale.  The exception would be if it is in a jacket that has collection value.  At this point you would be buying the record just for the jacket

Shipping
All records are shipped in cardboard mailers. These mailers cost money.  Therefore we charge a small handling charge to offset the cost of these mailers and other expenses.  These mailers will hold up to 5 records. There will be only one shipping charge per mailer regardless of the number of records (up to five).  If you are bidding on multiple items, please let us know and wait until all auctions are completed to pay the invoice.  You will receive an invoice for all of your records with the combined shipping.

For ease of transaction and buyer and seller protection, we prefer PayPal or BidPay. Personal checks will only be accepted from buyers with a positive rating of 20 or more.  We ship items within 2 days of receiving confirmed payment.  Insurance is optional.  Tracking information will be available for all domestic orders and can be accessed from the auction description.  Please note that some forms of shipping do not allow for confirmation Information.  When choosing a shipping method please consider shipping times.  Payment is expected within 3 three days of aution ending date.

Returns and refunds.

Returns are accepted with in 30 days of the end of auction.  If you feel the item was not as described or you recieved the wrong item email us for a return address.  If we find that the mistake was our fault return shipping will be reimbursed, otherwise you will be resposible for all return postage.  Refunds for items lost or damaged in shipping will only be made if you purchased the optional insurance.
