Up for Auction: Vintage Estate Find 45 RPM Records
Artist: Bob Collins & The Fabulous Five A‑Side: Inventory on Heartaches B‑Side: My One and Only Girl Label: Main Line Catalog #: ML‑1367 Format: 45 RPM Single Genre: Regional Soul / Carolina Soul / Obscure Soul Description: Scarce 1960s regional soul 45 from Bob Collins & The Fabulous Five, issued on the tiny independent Main Line label. These Main Line releases were pressed in very small quantities and distributed locally in the Carolinas and Mid‑Atlantic region. Copies surface rarely, and collectors of obscure soul, Carolina soul, and Northern Soul have shown strong interest in this title — one example reportedly reached $305 in a past auction. Both sides deliver classic regional soul production, with “Inventory on Heartaches” being the standout. A true small‑label rarity with growing collector attention. Condition (Record – Very Good / VG): Light surface marks and sleeve scuffs typical of VG. Plays through with light background noise. Labels show normal age wear. Graded conservatively.
Shipping: Record will be placed in a protective sleeve and packed securely between cardboard pads inside a proper shipping box to ensure safe delivery.
