Cover: Very Good with some yellowish spots due to shel life.

Vinyl: Never Played Before, it comes sealed, but I opened the shrink wrap to check on the label and the song title.

Note:

1) The 1st Song Listed on Cover is You're No Good but on the record itself its titled She's No Good (see picture)

2) The words "Produced by John Hammond" is not printed below the words "Bob Dylan" at the back cover, unlike other LPs of the same title.
