An original 1st Uk MONO month 1 copy of BoB. Holy cow - a bit of a banger and highly sought after. Matrix 1/1/1/1. Textured labels monster heavy. Original large font "33" speed - only for a short period. Can be found but usually are a bit knackered...but occasionally.... you come across a time traveller[!]. The vinyl comes housed in an original 1st issue mono cover. Correct photos and the internal exposed flips. There's also the original inner sleeves. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) Very well preserved and has only seen light use. Really good lustre - it has not seen heavy use. Under close inspection there are a couple of very slight marks per side. And just one semi-feelable small mark in the closing moments of LOWLANDS which does just about sound. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a steady and easy EXCELLENT level of playback [as a minimum],...with two minor deviations. Lovely quiet intros and inbetweens and the audio comes across with super clarity. A fantastic rendition by any standard. Definitive rendition. You can hear deep into the mix - it is a clean feeder. The intro to Johanna leaves you somewhat dumbfounded...have you ever heard this track this darn good...abs mind-blowing. Transients are perfectly resolved. Cymbal tapping through to LOWLANDS - jees....just breath-taking..This is as close as you will ever get to sitting in the studio to witness this all time classic. All I could detect was 8-10 very minor ticks in the closing moments of the 12minute.. LOWLANDS..,. And, remember, these seem minor against what is quite a lowkey track - so they are deffo minor. And 4-5 very minor ticks midway through SWEET MARIE. Again, minor and very liveable...Hardly any background at all. This sort of audio playback [consistently] is both addictive and quite unusual.
Cover (Ex/Ex-) Lovely clean surfaces. Most original copies will not be looking this fine - not even close. Firm openings a couple of minor thumbnails. Text on the spine is all legible and smart 98% intact. Interior is superb and pretty much unaged - which is unusual. Minimal edge wear. Overall very tidy indeed. Solid rigid cover. Banger!
Inner (Ex) Nice. No splits. Truly miraculous.
