Bob Dylan – Blonde on Blonde 2LP 1966 Columbia C2S 841 – EX Vinyl – 2nd Pressing

⸻

Description:

Original 1966 U.S. second stereo pressing of Blonde on Blonde by Bob Dylan on Columbia C2S 841. This iconic double album features the top-opening gatefold and original rice-paper inner sleeves, now confirmed to be the rare second issue without the Claudia Cardinale photo — a key collector distinction.

Vinyl on all four sides grades EX, very clean with minimal signs of play. The cover is VG+, showing minor shelf wear and light edge rubbing, but fully intact with strong spine. Both original inner sleeves are present and clean, grading VG+ due to small handwritten doodles in the corner (see photos). Matrix/runouts:

   •   Side A: XSM113765-4D

   •   Side B: XSM113766

   •   Side C: XSM113767-3D

   •   Side D: XSM113768

Features standout tracks including Just Like a Woman, Visions of Johanna, Stuck Inside of Mobile with the Memphis Blues Again, and I Want You. This is the six-eye Columbia label version, pressed later in 1966 after the Claudia Cardinale photo was pulled but still highly collectible and analog-rich in audio fidelity.
