Bob Dylan - "Blood On the Tracks" 1974 Test Pressing Rec Store Day 2019 SEALED.

In 2019, Columbia Records released one of the most desirable and sought-after pieces of vinyl ever, for Record Store Day - the test pressing for "Blood on the Tracks"..! Known as the "New York version", The story goes that Dylan was all set to release this as his next album and took the test pressing home for the Christmas holidays and played it for his Brother, who didn't like the first side and didn't like the sound of it.  Dylan booked time in a Minneapolis studio and re-recorded the first side and part of the second. Many people prefer the stripped down acoustic feel of the LP to the overproduced, faster tempo that it became.. Either way it's STILL a masterpiece..!

This 1974 test pressing with alternate takes became highly sought after by collectors and copies of it would run into the thousands.! Columbia pressed-up exact copies - down to the sleeve of that test pressing and released 7500 on Record Store Day - this one is sealed and comes in another outside plastic sleeve to protect it..! Packaged and shipped in a professional manner.
