Read everything before buying, especially the large, the red and the highlighted, please.
Found the stack of records my husband had set aside; that's besides the 300+ we have in the antique shop, so I'm going to start with these and see if it makes sense to list any of the others. I DO NOT/CANNOT GRADE RECORD ALBUMS. I DO NOT CLEAN THEM BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW THE CORRECT WAY TO DO SO WITHOUT CAUSING HARM. ALL RECORDS ARE UNTESTED. PICTURES ARE OF THE ACTUAL RECORD YOU WILL RECEIVE. Researching records is exhausting; so many different opinions and conflicting information. That is why I offer no opinions. I've got 6 vintage Dylans. Here is what I do know about this album; most of it is in the pictures.
Bob Dylan, Bringing It All Back Home, 1965 CL 2328 Columbia, 2 Eye Dead wax side one says XLP-79421-1D Dead wax side two says XLP-79422-1B (Information acquired by search says that the 1 before the letter at the end of the dead wax number on both sides indicates a first pressing, while the following letter indicates only which lathe the copy was produced on. I have no idea whether or not it is true; that's for you to decide.) Song lists can be seen in the photos of the label on each side; for whatever reason, it is extremely vague in the photos, but very clear in real life. Took the photos multiple times, all with the same disappointing results.
The jacket has an idiot's name both written and stamped on the back; the same stamp appears on the Side 2 label of the album. The jacket is in the expected "rubbed" condition for a 55-year-old album that was stored upright between other albums. The opening is intact, not split. The upper left corner (when viewed from the front) has fray, shown in photo. There is no interior paper sleeve. The album itself has a few of those light scratches that do not appear to be something that would impede play, there is dust and some fingerprint smudges; refer to highlighted area above concerning how I don't clean or test them.
There's a few of these on eBay priced above and below mine; I think mine is in nice shape and I hope you like mine best. I don't know what else to say about this one, so view the pictures carefully and ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BUY; I will send you additional pictures if you want and I will do my best to answer anything that doesn't require an opinion instead of a fact. I don't know enough about LP's to go around offering opinions. If you are buying this record album, you are agreeing that the item in the pictures is the item you are buying and that those same pictures are the description of the condition. I am not here to scam you into thinking something is better than it is.
Non-smoking environment, but I do have cats; they don't play records, but hair can hitchhike. Just a head's up if you have allergies.
Combined shipping is available on all items. Place your selections in your shopping cart before you pay. Items will list maybe twice, maybe not. I think my prices are very fair, especially since you don't have to spend your day off driving and shopping, but I do have an antique shop of long standing, so also have a real world customer base. Someone is going to want this one. All items are simultaneously available in my antique shop.
I will occasionally include Best Offer on some (but not all) of my items. Please be nice if availing yourself of the "Best Offer" option (if present); it is not an invitation to offer an insult. I will consider reasonable offers; key word is reasonable. Auto-decline will be in place below a certain price to save me the necessity of responding to the unreasonable. If you require additional photos or information, message me and I'll get right on that for you. PHOTOS ARE THE DESCRIPTION OF CONDITION.
LP's (albums, records) will ship USPS Media Mail in flat LP mailers that I bought specifically for this purpose. The mailer will be marked "FRAGILE, DO NOT BEND".. As with all my items, this item is FINAL SALE. No returns are accepted; NO exceptions. This prevents swapping and keeps eBay a safe platform for buyer and seller. My descriptions are extremely accurate (pictures being part of the description) and forthcoming, with any noticeable flaws disclosed. The pieces ARE, however, pre-owned and/or vintage and as such may have marks consistent with age, use and/or storage. I am equally forthcoming in regard to my knowledge or lack thereof. Message me with questions before buying; "I thought it would be bigger/smaller/newer/older/heavier/lighter/welded to a BMW" is NOT "Item not as described." With that caveat, you will receive precisely what is described in the listing.
Item ships ONLY to the 50 US States; no Territories or International Shipping. I'm a US seller/shipper so you'll get it fast. We all know there is no such thing as "Free Shipping." Items listed that way have the shipping cost built into the price and yes, eBay charges FV fees to sellers (so does PayPal) on shipping cost whether it is "free" or not. I could increase the price of the listing to include shipping; I have instead elected to present my items at a fair and realistic price and ship by Media Mail for books/record albums, USPS First Class for items under one pound and USPS Priority for items in excess of one pound (Flat Rate only if it is cheaper) to provide the fastest cost-effective delivery. This ensures that everyone is treated fairly; Priority Mail is calculated (by eBay, again) to wherever you are, First Class is calculated (BY EBAY) by weight to your specific location. I use a postal scale to weigh each item before listing it. I make absolutely NO profit on shipping.
I ship only to the address provided and automatically filled in by PayPal on the shipping label that I print through eBay shipping. I do not ship to alternate addresses. All items are sent with tracking so that we both know when and where they were delivered. Higher value packages (over $100.00) will require a signature upon delivery.
I do not automatically insure items due to the extra cost, but I do pack things very carefully. Insurance is at YOUR discretion and expense; IF YOU WANT SHIPPING INSURANCE, CONTACT ME BEFORE YOU PURCHASE AND I WILL SEND YOU A PRIVATE LISTING WITH INSURANCE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. I will not be held responsible for breakage or any other sort of damage to your item. All items are securely packaged with fragile items marked as such, but once the package has been delivered to the post office, the responsibility for its safe and timely delivery to you is transferred from me to the post office. I do not control and cannot guarantee the behavior/performance of the US Postal System.
