Comes in a beautiful gatefold sleeve with gold around the edges which the picture really doesn't do justice to.
Inside gatefold is lyrics in English and Japanese.
Rear has picture of other EP's in the series.
Both sleeve and disc are near perfect - just a couple of light marks on one side but otherwise superb.
Very rarely shows up this one.
