Description
BOB DYLAN - GREAT WHITE WONDER II Double LP
* An interesting piece released in the USA in 1970 by an unknown Label. Most probably from the label that released GWW.
* The songs on this collection are mostly from the previously released LPs 'Stealin' and 'John Birch' along with seven Basement tape tracks.
* The LPs were not merely copied from those releases, however, but from original, high quality tapes.... and are quite good quality.
* The album is incredibly rare, grab your copy now!
* Vinyls both have light marks and occasionally faint background noise and the odd crackle is audible - no skips or clicks so conservatively rated as G+ condition, with music coming through loud and clear.
* Gatefold cover has discolouration, but again no serious defects so rates as VG- condition.
* On three of the labels, the track names have been annoted on - see picture.
* GWA15 with matrix: DAB 614/615/616/617
Wherever possible I rate the items personally and in terms of audio by listening to the item. ** To better understand my grading, I use the Record Collector's Grading system which is as below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. If records are opened, but otherwise mint, I will rate them as EX, but only in this instance.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. Passable as VG with only a couple of instances of distortion, but otherwise would not be acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc. Plays with distortion but without jumps or skips - music can be enjoyed but with background noise.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. I would not sell a Fair record.
