Issued in a red jacket with a printed slip sheet.
Jacket and slip sheet are like new.
Disc has a few sleeve scuffs from use.

The six songs on this LP came from an 11 track alternate 'Highway 61 Revisited' CBS acetate that surfaced in New York in 1978. The origins and history of the acetate are unknown. 5 tracks were identical to the released versions. 'Can you please crawl out your window' and 'Desolation row' are earlier versions only discovered on this acetate. All other tracks are the CBS release tracks, but in very different mix and with longer endings.
