LP is VG++ condition.   Side 2 looks Mint-;
 Side 1 has a couple light scratches.

FYI - A $10 item costs at least $1.10 to list and sell on ebay. PayPal charges 67 cents to receive payment through PayPal. It costs 65 cents for the record mailer box and adhesive label. USPS charges about $2 to $3 for actual postage and delivery confirmation.  Now ebay is requiring insurance. Add the USPS minimum rate of $1.75.   Add Tape, Toner, material and all the little extra costs and you can see why shipping at $2.95 is better than an OK deal.
