Description
Rare 1st US press of Bob Dylan's masterpiece 'Oh Mercy'. The sound is incredible on vinyl with this recording with a wide, immersive soundstage and great dynamic range. Songs like 'Man in the Long Black Coat' and 'Most of the Time', in addition to being masterpieces, possess such incredible audiophile sound. EX vinyl with no spindle marks and little evidence of play. There is a faint line that stretches across the 1st song and beginning of 2nd song on Side Two - otherwise would have been graded as NM. Front cover and spine are NM. Back cover is EX with a bit of light ring wear. Inner sleeve is NM with no seam splits.
All used records cleaned prior to shipment on my new Degritter 2 ULTRASONIC record cleaning machine. Will be shipped with archival inner sleeve to protect original printed inner, with record placed outside of the jacket to avoid seam splits and everything is contained and protected in an outer plastic sleeve. Comes from smoke-free, climate controlled home. Shipped securely in premium record mailer (Mighty Music Mailers) with corner protection to ensure safe arrival to your home.
If you buy more than one item, I will combine shipping to save you money whenever possible for multiple items purchased at same time. Just send me a request before paying and I will submit an invoice to you for the new total to pay.

New/Sealed
Jacket sealed in shrink wrap; Record unplayed. Disc sold ungraded or "as is".
NM
Under bright light, appears unplayed or only played with great care and looks quite pristine/like new. Only the very finest examples make this grade.
EX
Under bright light, may have one or two slight, but visible imperfections (i.e. sleeve scuffs, faint ‘hairline’ scratches, or other superficial marks) that will not affect play. Overall, very clean. May play as good as a Near Mint record, but visibly has minor imperfections.
VG+
Several visible imperfections. Has seen more wear and play than the higher grades, but still overall a very nice record. May have a few more sleeve scuffs or light unfeel-able scratches, or other superficial marks than an EX-graded record.
VG
VG will show signs of improper care or frequent play and handling, and will possibly have some deeper, feel-able scratch(es) that may make audible noise upon playback. Generally meant to be either a starter copy or purchased to get a sense of sound quality of a particular pressing.b
