Extremely rare vinyl, hardly ever comes up for sale, much less sealed and unopened! I got two from the States, where it is also rare.  You won't find this vinyl anywhere else, the last one on Amazon in the UK was on sale for £4000! 
A real collector's piece, if you do open it it's best to put the extra materials like the booklet in a separate protective case, to keep them undamaged.
