Grading System

M = Mint - Defect free appears to be unplayed.

Ex = Excellent - close to like new with only superficial signs of use that dont affect play. Only well cared for records

will grade out to EX. Will satisfy all but the most demanding collector.

VG+ = Very Good + - a used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of light surface

noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.

VG - Very Good - significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise.

VG- Very Good Minus - Noisy vinyl, cosmetically challenged but plays with no skips or repeats

VG+ and above records are all visually graded. VG and below are play graded and will have noise, clicks and pops but

will not stick, skip or repeat. The opening bid or asking price for records in this condition are usually at fair or below

market value.

co = drill hole in label or jacket (or saw mark/cut corner on cover)

cw = cover wear or label wear (see photo)

pc = picture cover (hard cover usually 45rpm Eps)
