Early mono pressing variant with a printing plant code "6" printed in the lower right-hand corner of the back sleeve, which denotes fabrication by Imperial Paper Box Corp, Brooklyn, NY.
Red 2-eye labels with "Nonbreakable" to the left of center hole, and GUARANTEED HIGH FIDELITY on the bottom of the labels in black print.
