This is incredibly rare artifact, that caught my eye just for the historicity of it. As a lover of music, I traveled back in time in my mind, imagining what the radio station DJ thought as they put the needle to the groove, hearing Blowin' In The Wind before 99% of the people had ever heard it. It gives me goosebumps just putting it on the turntable for a listen. Basically this is the 1st promo copy (black ink), and is a little more rare then the red copy which seems to turn up more, you can clearly see the JZSP 75606 catalog # on the labels. It saddens me that the labels saw some damage, as you can see in the photos, perhaps someone grew disillusioned with Bob, and took it out on this 45, regardless this is a special 45 that would be perfect in any Dylan collection, it doesn't show up very often...
