My records are condition graded in accordance with Record Collector's Grading System as follows:

MINT (M): Unplayed, pristine condition, often still sealed.

NEAR MINT (NM): The record itself is in almost brand new condition with no apparent surface marks, full original vinyl lustre, and no deterioration in sound quality.The cover and any extra items are in near perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and/or packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record obviously has been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover and/or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably, perhaps with some distortion and/or scratches. The cover and/or contents may suffer from folding, scuffing, spine-splits, major discolouration, etc.

Postage and Packing: UK first class £2.75; Europe airmail £4.25; Americas airmail £5.75; ROW airmail £6.00

UK mainland: Price as quoted above for the first LP plus £1.25 for each additional LP

Overseas: Price as quoted above for the first LP plus £1.75 for each additional LP

The above prices apply to a maximum combination of 5 x LP records only. Purchasers of multiple items should await invoice before making payment.

Packages sent to UK mainland addresses weighing in excess of 1.5kg will usually be sent by Standard Parcels.

Overseas buyers should note that the maximum weight for airmail Small Packets is 2kg, which equates to about 45 x 7" singles or 10 x LPs/12" records. Larger shipments may have to be split or, for packages exceeding 5kg (25 x LPs), sent by other courier (usually Fedex "Parcels to Go" service). Surface mail quotes are available on request, but it should be remembered that this service can take up to 6 weeks for delivery and that the price for European Surface Mail is only very marginally cheaper than the Small Packet Rate; for all other countries it works out at about 60% of the small packet rate.

Insurance against loss and/or damage by the postal services is available as follows:

UK: Package value below £35 = 72p (Signed-For/Recorded); package value above £35 = £4.00 (Special Delivery)

All Overseas Countries: £5.00 (International Signed-For)

Please note that, whilst it is comparatively rare for items to be lost or damaged in the post, claims can only be made when the relevant insurance costs have been paid for by the purchaser prior to dispatch. Where damage has been suffered the original contents AND packaging will be required in order to make a successful claim.

Whilst I endeavour to dispatch items as quickly as possible after payment has been received and/or cleared, please allow up to 14 days for delivery (21 days if overseas) before reporting non-receipt. You will, however, nearly always receive your goods much quicker than this as I post-out at least once a week, usually on a Thursday and/or Friday. Items paid for by the Wednesday evening will normally catch that same week's dispatch; where payment has not been received by the Wednesday there may be an additional delay.
