Bob Dylan and Tom Petty True Confessions Vinyl LP RARE VGC+ Live USA 1986

You are  bidding on a double 12" vinyl album, Bob Dylan & Tom Petty, True Confessions, Live in the USA in 1986. As far as I know this is a very rare album, which I bought  in Amsterdam, probably in the late 1980's. It is of course, Bob Dylan with Tom Petty and the rest of The Heartbreakers. Over the years I have seen cd's of this album and I think there's a dvd from that tour, but I don't think I've ever seen another vinyl copy anywhere. If I recall correctly, I was told it was only issued in mainland Europe and didn't receive a UK release.

This is from  my own personal collection. Unfortunately it’s time to make some  space so sadly I am selling  my vinyl  collection. Please check out my other   items for sale.

I am not a record dealer and I am not an expert at grading records. I will give as much         information as possible to assist inidentifying particular albums and an  honest opinion as to condition.

Condition:

Record: I haven't played my records for many years, but have recently acquired a turntable to assist me in listing them for sale. I haven't got time to play them all, but I have played this one all the way through. All four sides play very well. Sound quality is great. There are no jumps, skips or sticking anywhere. I didn't even hear any scratch noises jumping out at me. This seems like quite a heavy vinyl. There is some light finger marking and some very feint hairline marks, but nothing that affects the playing. I'll say the records are VGC+/Exc.

Cover: Glossy finish single sleeve cover. Front and back are very clean. The spine is clear and all writing readable. There is a small split to the top (about 1 - 2 inches). Bottom is fine. Apart from that one split (which could probably be stuck down) I'd say it looks almost new. Even the corners don't look worn.

Inner sleeve: White paper . No tears or creases - like new.

Compared with how others grade LP’s on eBay I would  say this whole package is VGC+ / Exc.

Describing  the condition of items is very subjective.(one man’s treasure is another man’s junk etc). I will always try to be as  honest as possible in describing the  items. I  would rather be honest from the outset, than  end up with a  disappointed winning  bidder. I buy  things on eBay as well and would expect the  same honesty from others.

I understand “standard” first  class mail is insured for  items up to a  value of £20.00. If you would prefer  items insured for more, tracked,  special  delivery, recorded and “signed  for”  delivery,please contact me prior to paying.  With items that have a starting bid over £20.00 I will post on a "signed for" basis and have taking this into consideration with my postage costs. "Signed For" will insure up to £50.00
