Original UK mono 1966 first press on textured orange CBS label.
Catalogue number DDP66012 with A1/B1/C1/D1 matrix numbers.
Laminated gatefold cover with inside flip back sleeves.
Both original orange CBS inner sleeves.
Catalogue number appears on cover top right as 66012 and on labels as DDP 66012, labels have 33 on them.
