This Excellent & early UK STEREO pressing of his 1962 debut album is on the smooth CBS label: SBPG 62022
Both labels bear the '33' speed indicator, which was changed on later pressings to '33 1/3'.
Matrix numbers: SBPG 62022 A & SBPG 62022 B
Vinyl weight: 143g
Housed within the earliest uncredited 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with 'SBPG 62022' printed beneath the CBS logo.
"MONAURAL - CL 1779" obscured beneath the stereo/arrow indicator on the front panel.
Complete with original poly-lined inner-sleeve.
CONDITION
Disc: EXCELLENT
A fine sounding, little played example with clean, deep-gloss playing surfaces and unworn audio. Both sides of the disc are unworn with a single light fingernail scuff on side 2 being the only noticeable blemish. All tracks play cleanly with just minimal light vinyl background between tracks.
Cover: EXCELLENT
Clean, glossy & fully intact with light shelfwear to the corners but no significant or major signs of wear. The rear panel is clean & unmarked and all seams & the spine are undamaged.
