Bob Marley & The Wailers: Uprising LP

UK first press with the textured sleeve, purchased by me when it was originally released. It has been well looked after and kept as part of my personal record collection ever since. I have replaced the original plain black sleeve with a new black poly lined sleeve to protect the vinyl from withdrawal damage for years to come.

I’ve just cleaned it in my professional record cleaning machine using the award winning L’Art Du Son cleaning fluid so it’s now in the best possible condition for the next owner to enjoy. I’ve also tested both sides using a Project Debut Carbon turntable fitted with an Ortofon 2M Blue stylus. It sits perfectly flat on the deck and plays through beautifully with no skipping, jumping or sticking. Plays with minimal surface noise, but bear in mind it’s an original record from back in the day so do expect some warm surface crackle on the run ins and quieter sections. Lovely warm analogue sound with far superior sound quality and dynamics than the recent vinyl reissue LPs released a few years ago and sourced from digital files. Sounds awesome.
