Description: Here is a very rare chance to own a piece of reggae history straight out of Studio One Recording in Kingston, Jamaica. One of Bob Marley's earliest recordings in it's original label and form. It's a rare treat to even see one of these records, yet here you have a chance to own one. This is a true collectors piece, a rare opportunnity. You probably will never see one come up for auction again, and if you do it will not be in this condition, absolutely not. If you pull the record out of it's inner sleeve and take a good look at it in the light, it appears to be in new condition. Unbelievable as that sounds it looks near mint, still has it's glossey shine. No visable scuffs or marks. I did just play this record and what a remarkable record it is. Bob Marley and the Wailers in their early raw, Coxsone Dodd at the controls, just an amazing historic recording. There is some crackling in between songs and minor crackling during some songs but this does not affect you enjoying this record. A typical early Jamaican pressing. The jacket (sleeve) shows shelf wear. There are minor stains in back of jacket on top and along spine at bottom. The jacket also appears to dirty from sitting around all these years. The good thing is this jacket is intact and there are no seam splits at all. Domestic shipping in the US priority mail is $6.05.
