Description

Bob Marley & The Wailers Catch A Fire - Zippo cover - UK Island ILPS-9241 - 1975 reissue.


The last of the Zippo cover issues. The metal rivet is missing from the top part of the cover & there is some fraying around the hole. This could be repaired if a suitable rivet was sourced as the frayed bit of the cover would glue back around it I think. The usual amount of wear to edges etc but overall a decent sound cover.


The vinyl has numerous light hairlines but nothing deep or scary - plays great, a little crackle here & there (mainly on run-ins & deadwax between tracks). No skips or jumps when I listened to it on my system & plays really well, probably nearer VG+.


Has correct A4/B5 "EG" hand-etched matrices.


Will be well-packed for transit with the record removed from the sleeve & I only use strong purpose-made LP mailers with stiffeners. I will only send this item tracked & signed for.
