TRENCHTOWN ROCK ANTHOLOGY 3 LP BOX SET.
A triple vinyl set covering 1969 -'78. These early recordings cover works that will be familiar from Marleys later recordings on Island records but appear here in rawer more urgent form like Kaya, Small Axe and Soul Rebel alongside tracks less often heard like the excellent Lee Perry produced Mr Brown and Peter Tosh' tracks Four Hundred Years and Down Pressor. Presented in an attractive box. I lovely collectable item.
I've owned this from new some 9 years ago and it's hardly been played (I recorded a digital copy and it's sat on my shelves since).
VINYL is in excellent / near mint condition as are the plain white inner sleeves and full colour insert sheet.
BOX itself is in very good condition, it's only fault is that it's taken a bit of a knock on the top left corner that's caused a bit of a scuff. I'll update the photos to show this in the next couple of days.
I've been keeping an eye out for other copies of this set and haven't seen one on ebay, the cheapest Amazon has listed is £75.
