Description
Scarce early Jamaican pressing of Bob Marley & The Wailers – “I’m Hurting Inside” backed with “Freedom Time.”
This white-label pressing is commonly identified as an Upsetter repress dating from approximately 1970–72. It is an unusual release combining two earlier Wail ’N Soul ’M recordings.
Matrix / runout numbers:
“I’m Hurting Inside” – WIRL-BM-3708-2
“Freedom Time” – WIRL-BM-3408-2
Both sides were played from beginning to end on my turntable and played through without skipping. Playback was tested only on my equipment, and identical performance cannot be guaranteed on every turntable or setup.
The vinyl shows visible surface marks and general wear consistent with an original Jamaican pressing of this age. Both labels have extensive period handwriting, along with faded red printing underneath. Please review all photos carefully for the exact cosmetic condition and label details.
The songs and matrix numbers have been confirmed, but record grading can be subjective. The close-up photographs form an important part of the description and allow collectors to verify this particular pressing.
A hard-to-find early Bob Marley & The Wailers Jamaican 45 with very limited documented sales.
