With 4-page Japanese insert (includes English lyrics) and obi.
DISC: EX+ (just a couple of spindle trails on the labels; a couple of faint hairlines on Side 2.)
COVER: EX (couple of small spine creases; some minor wear along the right edge)
OBI: fine
INSERT: clean; very lightly handled
