Bobby Bland & B.B. King ORIG OZ LP Together again Live EX ’76 ABCA44001 Blues
Original OZ LP released in 1976 on ABC Records. Cat: ABCA44001. Comes in a gatefold sleeve.
This second Bobby "Blue" Bland and B.B. King pairing was recorded in Los Angeles Coconut Grove. There were more show business theatrics and less solid, soulful blues vocalizing than on their acclaimed debut, but there were still enough good moments to make it a great listen.
Tracks : Let the good times roll/ Medley: Stormy Monday blues and strange things happen/ Feel so bad/ Medley: Mother-in-law blues & Everyday (I have the blues)/ Medley: The thrill is gone & I ain’t gonna be the first to cry.
There are a few light spindle marks on labels. Record has a few light scuff marks that cause some light crackles in parts and is in Excellent condition. Gatefold cover has cella glaze lifting in a few places around edges and is in Excellent condition.
Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
